Working on the right problems

What are the real problems you face?

A problem is just a surprise that you weren’t expecting. But here’s the thing, surprises can come from two places.

1. The real world. The world you, I, and other humans live in.

2. The imaginary world. The world with you, yourself, and your overthinking mind lives in.

A real problem is something that exists outside your mind. Everything else is in your imagination.

To make real progress, tackle the real problems.

Start by identifying what they are.
